Helping Hand Award Nomination

Nominate a Virtua patient care technician today!

The Helping Hand program celebrates and recognizes patient care technicians who consistently demonstrate excellence by providing an outstanding experience for our patients, engaging in exceptional teamwork, exceeding expectations, and is a role model to all colleagues. Helping Hand Awards are presented quarterly.

Honorees will be recognized at a public ceremony in their unit and will receive:

The helping hand pin to be worn proudly as a symbol of excellence.
A plant to represent the peace and happiness the recipient’s care has sown.
Helping Hands custom cookies for the recipient with the right mixture of sweetness and strength, who does not crumble under pressure.
A poster to display the name and picture of the recipient of the Helping Hand Recognition and to show appreciation for the outstanding care provided.
Cupcakes to be shared by the unit in celebration of long-lasting sweet relationships among teammates.
